p.s. -- Many men do not want to inform others regarding prostate issues and I get it but I have found that being totally transparent about my castration, Gleason 10 treatment along with the higher probability of metastasis resulting in earlier death has made living life much less stressful. THE REALITY OF GL10 CANCER is that it can very well kill me thus forcing me to push on as hard as I can even while in pain.
I am in a similar boat with GL 9. I have been open with it and have had tremendously positive feedback from everybody. Also helping me be more free to make decision about enjoying the here and now.
