Yesterday, some lower body strength work in the AM and then a jog at lunch. Today, 1.75 hrs AM with 35' in position as 1x20 (Z3) then 1x15 (Z4) on the TT bike, 30 min commute home later. Tomorrow I'll do some more core and glute work in the AM and otherwise take the day off. Volume on Saturday and then something light/easy on Sunday. Good stuff.
