My Single Speed Truativ Bottom Bracket Cartridge disassembled itself
I heard a tiny clanking when I was Pedaling. It got worse and worse the last few months. Monday I looked down on my right and I could see the bottom bracket cartridge outside retainer was coming loose. I took both the cranks off with the Park Tool. Then I used another Park tool to unscrew the retainer on the right side. This is what came out. The cartridge seems fine. Of course, the retainer on the other left side is still stuck in the bracket. Can I reuse this? What happened? Need my bike on the road as quickly as possible.
