4 hours on the bike yesterday. I had to be up early to drop my kid off for his Grad Night trip, so I went out and did a set of intervals before joining the River Ride. Mostly sat at the back and treated it like motor pacing. Developed a hot spot, so my right foot was on fire for the last hour, but it pretty much went away as soon as I got off the bike. Went home and slept. Great day.
