I was watching those auctions/listings too, but ended up buying direct from Modern Bike .com (I have no affiliation).
Partly, because I prefer direct business purchase to ebay anymore nowadays (return options, etc....), and partly because their prices on tubus we great, came with free shipping, and no tax (I live in a 10%+ tax state, so it adds up). Plus, they had all tubus racks to pick from, so I got exactly what I wanted. Some are cheaper/bigger discount than others, but all in, I picked up a Logo Classic model for basically $100. I wanted to lower pannier set.
Just looked, the Cargo Classic is showing $92. free shipping.
Again, no affiliation, but just tossing it out as an option since I just went through this same search.
