Pretty big week for me, 14:30 on the bike plus working almost full time covering for our mechanic who was off.
Memorial Day was a long ride, 82 miles/4:22 at endurance pace. Tuesday was off the bike. Wednesday was 2:20 right at L3. Thursday was 4x8' "Climbing Repeats", Carmichael-speak for just over threshold to VO2 max power. I did them at 104% of FTP and they felt harder than I thought they should have. Friday was 1:30 at endurance pace.
For Saturday, coach wanted 45-60 minutes at threshold in intervals of at least eight minutes; I ended up doing 2x30' with 6' RBI and could've done another one. IF/EF for the first was .98/1.79; for the second they were .99/1.80. Don't know where that came from, but I'll take it.
Today was 2:42 at borderline L3. TSS for the week is 840, CTL is 95, ATL is 111.
