No, lengths are different. Some models of the 5 speed were available in more than one axle length but the disc brake models were all the same length I believe so there should be only two indicator options for that one. One for long guide nut and one for the short version. Sorry, I don't know off hand which indicator you need.
If the colour on the indicator line is still visible, you should have your answer. Otherwise, pull it out and measure.
