What type phones and what browser are you using?
I've not had any issue with my android phones and chrome for the browser. Though I'm desperate for social interaction if I have to resort to my cell phone to read and answer forum posts over waiting till I can get to my notebook or desktop computer and keyboard.
I was recently stuck in the Denver area for a the better part of a month with just my smart phone. So I know that it works on a smart phone.
