posted this before but it bears repeating:
From what I've seen the easiest and fastest way to non-destructively remove a freewheel with stripped or damaged notches is to use a
#8 easy-out tool. This was how Schwinn dealers were
taught to do it back in the '60s and '70s. You can get the tool here:
