Those are pretty much "unobtainium," in my experience. When I needed one, I fabricated my own out of a piece of 1/2" steel rod (the radius closely matches that of the original). Slice off a section to fit the recess in the post cap, drill a hole through it, split it to match the original piece, and tap the hole with M5 thread:
