If a 50mm stem is required to fit you..the frame is too big. Also, I wouldn't say a 73* headtube and 73.5* seat tube angle is "relaxed". This isn't to say it can't be comfortable all day long, but a 73* head tube angle wouldn't be in the 'relaxed' category.
