I log all of my lifting workouts in a notebook. It's a 200 page, spiral bound, 3x5 booklet. I'm near the end, and it's pretty beat up. I looked back at the date of the first workout I recorded in there - 1/6/13. Didn't realize I'd been using it so long. I figure there's at least 500 sessions lifting sessions recorded in there.
