I was stupid enough to try yesterday. Didn't look at the air quality reports first. It didn't seem that bad where I live. I got out of my car and, ack, smokey. Rode maybe 6 or 7 miles with an N95 mask, and turned around. The mask did seem to get block most of the smoke, but it still was evident that it was a stupid idea. Hopefully next weekend is better.
