Well, I've got the BB out now and it does say 121.5. 124 may be too short? Is this due to modern BB's only being symmetrical?
Sheldon Brown says the symmetrical equivalent for 120 is 124 and 122 is 125. Personally, I'd be surprised if 124 wasn't long enough.
