Thanks for posting this shot! I know it well. I grew up just south of Lake Harriet and moved to Sacramento this summer after 29 years, so this hits the nail on the head for me.

I once biked through this, felt like a foot of water, but probably less. It was later after a baseball game played at Parade Stadium, and I was flying down this path on my way home. By the time I had stopped, it seemed easier to just keep going through it rather than turn back. It was not too far of a ride after with wet shoes and socks. Not my most shining moment, but a good memory nonetheless.
