Over the past four decades I've despised cars more and more for all the obvious reasons. I currently own two just because I brought them with me from suburbia and one of my kids still lives with us as he finishes college ( he didn't ever want to drive and didn't get his license until he was 19). The cars will die a slow death just because I don't like to waist things. I've often thought about how'd I'd get along without the cars once they are gone. Due to the fact I will still be able to rent a vehicle for a variety of purposes, I can't think of any reason to own one.
