Decent recovery week with some testing this weekend. Broke my 5’ power a few weeks ago, and managed to add another 18 watts to it on Saturday. Sunday I went for a long ride, and 1500 kJ in I went for a KOM and tied my all time 10’ power record at about 95% effort. I’m guessing if I had pushed 100% and had been more fresh I could’ve beat it by 15-20 watts. At this rate I may have a chance in Tulsa!
