Last race of the season this weekend (4-up TT), so a fairly easy training week after 4 fairly tough weeks. I'm looking forward to next week's "Do what you fancy week" before settling into whatever my coach has in store for this winter's training. There will most likely be some zwift races in there, possibly some outdoor bunch races on a local closed circuit (weather dependent), and a lot of work on continuing to bump my FTP as I prepare for another onslaught of TTs come the spring and summer. Hopefully, I'll be able to break the 5 hour barrier on the hundred.
