on my list to replace: saddle (i like brooks), maybe the bars, i still haven't decided, and pedals, also not sure though i'm leaning towards getting some crank brothers mallets.

i also just ordered some IRO hubs, gonna probably just relace the stock wheels/tires to them so i can have a flip/flop in the rear, i miss riding fixed. if i feel like spending money, a chris king headset is probably in the near future.
