You are correct about the floating part. Sometimes I think all the spinning is a mental distraction. At the Hermes, we are into biohacks (legal). The book is not that well written i.e. needs editing but it has some interesting muscle and bone anatomy discussion. It may help you planning your strength training and it is cheap.
