today had me doing 3x23min, with one minute at 135% then settling in for the remaining 22min at 90%, wasn't too bad but that first minute got rougher with each interval, hopefully getting some heat adaptation in my now >70 degree basement. the next couple of weeks will be throwing some of TR's more challenging sweet spot workouts my way, level 9 and 10 stuff. Don't know if I mentioned this, but they've completely revamped their plans, with 2 really easy days, 3 tougher workouts, and one moderate with the SSB HV phase
