Since I'm an o'dark thirty kind of guy, all my weekday training is done on the trainer using Zwift and workouts sent by my coach. Easy day today. 2hrs endurance on TT bike. My goals this year are TT focused, so started using a mirror in front of me to keep track of shoulder and head position. It's made a big difference in bringing perception closer to reality.
