getting into short power build. with the new trainerroad workout classification, I did a level 4.0 vo2 workout today, a series of 4.5 sets with 20sec at 110% and 15sec @ 88%. Not bad at all, adaptive training isn't going to throw the really demoralizing vo2 stuff at me right away with this adaptive training stuff.
