Over 400 homes in our subdivision and most have a dog(s). I've either been very lucky or most are responsible dog "parents". I think the latter. Sure wish all with pets were as thoughtful.
Edit--we also live close to a heavily used MUP. Have been lucky there also--except for owners that don't pick up after pooch--and no excuse-there are stations with bags supplied.
