Nonstop sweetspot in the windswept lovely 80 deg eastern NC. Felt great. Just motor at 250w or so in TT for an hour. Little under and over with little pimples of rise and fall. The HR per power I like. I like lots.
Later next week little Z2 mini camp with the kiddos out of town for several days. Will take some discipline not to ride too hard or too long at any point. Which would defeat the purpose of the volume.
