My weight tally for 10 days of vacation is 10 pounds. More than I expected but by next week it should be 5; that travel day was a lot of eating and not much sleeping.
Rode easy on the TT bike for 2 hours; first time in 3 years (when I tore my groin). I'm hoping to do the State TT Champs next week but my neck just can't handle it! I'm sure in a month I'll adapt but a week is a hard ask. I should do it regardless, but its a long drive.
