This is a totally random tech issue, I have a cheapish laptop (an acer switch) and regardless of browser, when I'm on youtube my mouse cursor starts randomly bouncing around and clicking whatever without my using the trackpad. And it pretty much only happens on youtube. So weird and annoying, and I doubt there's any specific fix out there.
