Carried golf club across handlebars.
This ended up working out fine.
I had to settle for wrong gear at times, since gear change was fiddly.
One curb hop was ok since fingers curled over bars.
The top tube suggestion turned out to be BS.
The club would get caught in to brake cables.
Why wouldn't you have tried that before starting a thread? You literally just figured out there wasn't a problem to discuss in the first place.
