Put a new crank on my early 90s volpe. I’ve been trying to make it more off road friendly, and so far have switched out the rear derailer, cranks, bottom bracket, and shifters. Went from 7 speed lower end suntour to xt derailer and 9 speed ultegra shifters. Rear wheel tiagra I think? I have 35mm cross tires on there now, but I think I can fit up to 40.
