Oh I should have mentioned, since this is not widely understood by bikies, that Prestige came in many gauges, so you can't really know how a bike will ride based on the Prestige name alone. Take the downtube for example, we had 6 gauges to choose from in 1-1/8" alone, not to mention oversized — and we used 'em all, based on frame size (for the stock models), and based on rider weight/strength/riding style/preference in the case of custom frames. One thing you know you're getting with Prestige is heat-treated Cr-Mo, fairly strong (tho there are stronger steels now), and very good precision and quality control.

I was the custom guy, made almost all the custom frames including track, timetrial and tandems during my time there. Fun was had.
