I hate polarized glasses. Have 2 sets of Oakelys, one polarized, one not. The polarized make it difficult to see my Garmin screen on rides. Sometimes I look down and think my Garmin is off because it looks blank. Hate it!
The Garmin display on the 520 was polarized at 45 degrees allowing you to see the screen in portrait or landscape mode except it doesn't have a landscape mode. The 530 has the display correctly oriented so you can see it with polarized glasses...unless you turn it sideways to landscape mode.
