Same same on the daughter and in-laws. But I also lived in Texas for 18 months, inadvertently and unfortunately, but based on that experience I claim to be more Texan.

Y'all means all of you, in a nice way. If talking to 5 people, "y'all" could mean anywhere from 2 to 5.

All ya'll means each and every ******g one of you, no exceptions, are in deep ****. Even you, standing in the back thinking I mean the others, YOU TOO. In fact, especially you.
