I'm still a "maybe" for the HnHH. I've felt like a zombie the past several months, struggling to average better than 12 mph on the bike. My Strava and other activities logs showed a steep nosedive since summer 2020, coinciding with when I began to feel puny around October. I switched to jogging, but it didn't really help.
But during my endocrinology appointment last month my doc confirmed my thyroid level was low. They increased my dosage of thyroid med and I've begun to feel better and stronger the past week or two.
If I can manage a solo 50 mile or longer ride this month, I'll consider that good enough to try the HnHH. I haven't managed anything longer than 90 minutes on the bike this year, mostly rides of around 20-25 miles.
I'm right with you on that 12mph thing.
IS there a 50 miler?
