recovery ride from yesterday's mountain-fest. a flattish 51 miles around metro san diego and dropping down to imperial beach,
up the silver strand to coronado, then the ferry back across to metro sd and a few more mellow miles.

only went hard for about 15 minutes or so
heading north on silver strand bike path into the usual 3/4 headwind. felt good to push the big gear in the big ring vs spinning into the headwind
and may the push seat back a tiny bit based on a spur of the moment ride adjustment that seemed to work well.
