Well, I'm often heard to say that what I like about long distance bike riding is that I like to ride roads I've never ridden before. Like the Beach Boys sang, "I'm getting bugged riding up and down the same old strip." So here I am, doing 24 hours of familiar roads. Yup, call me a hypocrite, I admit it.

But no, no early start this year, unless weather demands it (and all team members agree, which seems a stretch this year). Currently hoping for an 8:00 Sunday finish.
