It's a modest bike probably worth $25 bike in most areas, and maybe $50 cleaned up. New tires, tubes and rim liners can run $50 from online discounters when you install them yourself. The strength of the wheels on some of the private label bikes could sometimes be a little weak, but not always. If the tires hold air, and the tires aren't all dried out and cracked, it could be just a neat bike to ride around the neighborhood, especially if there are no hills. The value of that is priceless.. Lubricate the moving parts before riding it.
