There's passion, and then there's scaring people.
I say this with all kindness as someone who has a ruptured patella tenon (unrepaired) AND an Achilles tendon avulsion (repaired), and who is contraindicated to get Cipro, ever.
And yet, preparing for my prostatectomy, I took Cipro (a single dose), since the risks of NOT taking it exceeded the risks of taking it.
Medical doctors are wonderful people. Listen to your doctor.
