Hi,
I had stripped the paint from two frames. Neither of them had that much rust on them to begin with but I applied a coat of
this rust remover to be sure. I followed the instructions on the bottle but it seems to have ended up attracting even more rust.

Am I using the wrong stuff?
When I first applied it appeared to be working, but after I washed it off (on the instructions), the rust started to appear.
