I'm not wild about the components or wheel set but at this price i it is a very good deal. If the frame is good no issues with nice paint it is worth close to the asking price you could change out most of the components and still be fine value wise for a keeper.
I'd probably not have a problem paying $400 USD for a Serotta frame/fork/headset in my size that was in good condition and look at whatever else I got as parts for the bin or another build (because I have a thing about building frames up with Campagnolo 10 speed for me - wife/kids get Shimano builds with what I've pulled off the frames I want to build). I've been sorely tempted by a Ti Serotta frameset at twice that with no extra parts but didn't have the spare cash to pull the trigger at the time.
