Mad Honk. (And thankfully nothing I put in the box got called out.) I will make one comment about stuff that's technically not usable, well, perhaps two. One, if parts that aren't immediately usable still have usable parts on them, then I'm not worried about their inclusion. In the particular case of the two demonstration rear derailleurs, they are easily spiffed up with a cheap set of Shimano pulleys, which can be done on the way into or out of the box. Two, if you have something of better condition than, say, those four non-functional cyclocomputers, then IMO it would be fine to replace them with some better crap and either send the lesser part(s) into your scrap metal bin or scavenge it/them for small parts with no obligation to use them in a future BoC-supported bike. That said, this is just my opinion. I defer to Mr Crapmaster.
