I miss that version of Bobke. Unfiltered and unrefined. I remember him referring to the Dutch along side the roads as "Schmegmies". He had a unapologetic disdain for the French, which I'm sure he still does, but doesn't express it as freely as he once did. I wish the old Bobke would appear in the broadcast every now and then.
