Why? Haven't you been riding them for like a year already? If you're only saying that because you did a fit calculator or something I'd say screw it, as long as they're comfortable to ride you should be good to go!
I haven't been comfortable though. I've always thought something was off, but I just thought I was out of shape.
I do have two framesets though, so selling both of them, and getting another caad or something comparable doesn't seem too hard.
