I have no idea how they require doctors under even more stress to do this (and more) regularly and not make mistakes. I stared at the wrong spreadsheet for 30 seconds before I realized it was not even remotely similar to what I was looking for.

Also that entire being a bit mad at yourself for killing/hurting someone else is a pretty good motivator most of the time. But the additional paperwork is probably the best motivator of all!
