1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?
I have 3, Airborne Carpe Diem (Cyclocross), a Reparto Corse Bianchi Cyclocross and a Burley Tandum. (so far)

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
Basic multiple vitamin and Glucosamine.

3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
When in my 20's I have a clear recolection of looking down at my front chainrings and thinking,"I wonder why they put that little chainring there....does anyone actually use it?"
The other day I was thinking to myself, "Why on earth do I have that huge chainring on here?"

4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
Pretty much all my life, but in the last 5 years it's become a full time hobby/sport.

5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides, commute, tour, race?
My average ride length is about 30 miles. (weather permitting, shorter rides in crappy weather)

6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
About 5 days a week. 4-5,000/year.

7. Do you do any other type of physical activities - weight lifting, skiing, running, etc.?
Walking.

Perhaps you might indicate your age on your reply??
52.
