Started cycling again at 48 y.o., so I'm about the same.

2 years.

5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides, commute, tour, race?

Rec rides, organized centuries/metric centuries.


6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?

2,500 miles.

7. Do you do any other type of physical activities - weight lifting, skiing, running, etc.?

Mailman with walking route.


Perhaps you might indicate your age on your reply??

Hope that answers things. I'm looking for the threads on what supplements to take for my joints. I'm not sure all the squeeks and creaks are coming from my bike.
Is Geritol a good substitute for chain lube?
Does Body Glide help eliminate vericose veins?
