Trek 460 Roadbike, Extra Large, Steel Frame - $150 (Holly Springs)

Selling a Trek 460 racing series, road bike. It's an extra large frame size. The bike measures 62cm from the center of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube. This is one of those older, steel Trek road bikes that are considered very desirable. Steel Treks are known for their smooth riding characteristics. This one is made with double butted, Tange 1000, Chromoly steel.
The frame is extra large, intended for a tall person. I would estimate the buyer should be at least 6'1 with long legs or taller.
This bike has all original, period correct components. The Shimano shifters/derailleurs are friction shifting, not index. That means the shifters do not click or indent when shifting from one gear to another. The brakes are side pull, caliper with aero style levers. The wheels are the original, 700C wheels. It's a 12 speed bike.
The saddle and tires have been replaced, the chain is newer and the bar tape was upgraded.
The price is lowered because there is some surface rust on the top tube directly under the brake cable that can be seen in pic #3. This rust was probably caused by sweat from a rider, not the from rain or elements.
