started the CX specialty plan on TR, anaerobic workout today varying in length from 15-85sec, not too hard. Racing is less than a month away so curious how all this training translates to racing after a 2 year hiatus. I gave my CX bike a pretty major tune up, new cassette, new 46t chainring (I have 2x) new shift cables and housing and finally new handlebar tape. Of course if I suffer a mechanical I'll only have myself to blame lol
