They do. I just picked one up. Comfortable helmet. The holes in the mesh are larger, much like perforated sports shirts used to be, so they won't stop small bugs, and might not stop a stinger. I wear a cap under mine anyway though to avoid sun burn patterns on my head (lack of hair).
