Supposedly they were all used, but I couldn't tell by looking at them.
I've bought all of my chainrings, cogs and now bars from them and have no complaints whatsoever. One chainring had a bit of oxidation that didn't show up well in pictures but was definitely described as stuff, but it was both cheap and a size I don't often use so no biggie. But the 52 I just got looks un to barely used.
Cannot recommend them more
