Well, I've called this out many times so here it is again, Dave measured his frames an olde English way that he was taught.

CTC + 2cm, this frame is stamped 64 but is 62 CTC. This method accounts for the varying seatlug designs, points and flourishes.

Dave also states that he never would have done it this way had he known better. I think it is a good way to do it but you have to understand it for it to work.

I also have a 62 that is of course 60cm CTC.

Bottom line is this one is at the bottom of my true range but its going to work anyway.
